The Sunterra Daytona Beach Regency is located in Daytona Beach, Fla., one-half block from the boardwalk, and the amusement and water park. The Daytona Beach fishing pier, the Ocean Center at Ocean Walk Village and the Ocean Walk Shoppes are three blocks from the hotel.
This beachfront hotel offers a wide array of recreational programs, including water aerobics, ice-cream socials, arts and crafts, and movies. The hotel features an outdoor pool, indoor pool and spa tub, putting green and a fitness center. A cocktail lounge and tiki bar offer cold tropical drinks. This package is good for 12 months from date of purchase. This package is priced low we are including the free gifts because this is a resort promotion. While you are on your vacation, all we ask is for you to take a 90 minute tour of the Resort and learn about vacation ownership during your trip!
You are under NO obligation to buy, join or sign a thing at the tour and the rest of your vacation time is yours! By agreeing to the 90 minute tour, you will be saving big time on your vacation!

At least 1 person in a Married co habitating couple must be between 25-69 years old

Children over 2 are welcome. We do have a daycare while you take your tour.

This vacation package is not good for groups. Like more than one family or friends,traveling on separate promotional packages to the same destination on the same travel dates.
Must not have tour with Sun Terra Resort in the last 12 months.
Failure to meet these qualifications will result in you being disqualify and you will be charge the rack rate of the nights at 169.95 pernight.
