This review is from: Brit Guide to Orlando 2005 (Paperback) This year will be our fourth trip to Orlando, and this is the fourth edition I've bought in this series. I couldn't be without this book, especially when travelling with four children. It tells you everything you need to know about Orlando and what to do whilst there. As soon as I get the new edition I get out my highlighting pen and mark the tips I find especially relevant to our family, and what we found most helpful was the table showing the busiest and quietest days to visit all the parks, which is always right. I don't bring a novel to read by the pool, I bring this book, and have many friends who do the same.
I bought the first edition of this book some years ago, and have bought every issue since, regardless of whether I have an Orlando holiday imminent or not. This year is just the same. No immediate plans to go to Orlando this year, perhaps next, but this book is a MUST HAVE if you are even considering it.
The twice I have been it has been my bible, it has advised me on every turn, from what days to visit the parks, to where to eat/drink. It is so accurate that its untrue. The plus side as well is that it is written by a family from their perspective, which is the same as ours when you go to Orlando, and they live their now so they are even more accurate than ever!
Do NOT hesitate. If you are planning a visit, or if you know of someone who is, buy it now. It is the best value for money you will ever get and it will make your Orlando experience 1000 times better.
