End cleaning is FREE if you stay 7 or more nights. If it is less than 7 nights we charge a $80.00 end cleaning fee. Rates include local + state taxes but exclude pool heating. To Reserve your Vacation:

No additional fee if you pay by Check or Money Order.
If you pay by Credit Card through PayPal we charge $105.00 per night instead of $100.00 to cover the fees for charging a Credit Card.

1. PAYMENT FOR THIS AUCTION IS DUE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF WINNING THE AUCTION.
2. HOMES ARE CLEANED ONLY AT THE END OF EACH STAY.
3. FLORIDA LAW LIMITS OCCUPANCY IN THIS HOME TO 8 PEOPLE
(INCLUDING CHILDREN).
4. CHECK IN AFTER 4PM, CHECK OUT NO LATER THAN 11AM.
5. A $200.00 US DOLLAR DAMAGE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AND
YOU MUST ADD THIS AT CHECK OUT OR WAIT FOR OUR INVOICE.
THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL BE RELEASED WITHIN 1 WEEK OF YOUR DEPARTURE
WITH NO DAMAGES TO THE HOME.
6. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.
7. TREAT OUR HOME WITH RESPECT, OTHER PEOPLE INCLUDING OURSELVES
DO WANT TO ENJOY ITS FACILITIES.
8. A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $250.00 US DOLLARS PER WEEK IS REQUIRED
