We recently completed a major remodel of our condo with porcelin tile in the kitchen, dining room, living room, carpet in the bedrooms, oak kitchen cabinets, window coverings and paint. Reserve now for the best availability. Walk in condo with no steps. We now own an upper unit condo with a very nice view of the lake from the large back deck. New stainless steel appliances, new pergo floor, new carpet, new oak kitchen cabinets, new paint and new furniture. This is NOT a Time Share. You are bidding on a one week stay at one of our beautifully decorated Condos. Most resorts charge from $130 to $160 per night for comparable condos. Electric Fireplace in both condos. Large 300 square foot private deck overlooking the Ozarks and Table Rock Lake. Digital TV with 3 TV’s in the living room and bedrooms. DVD VCR in living room. Electric Barbecue Grills. Coffee furnished. Both condos remodeled in 2007. Fully furnished kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, etc. Hair dryers in each bathroom, iron, ironing board, sweeper, etc. Free local phone service with 2 phones. Long distance available with calling cards. Central heating and air conditioning. Ceiling fans in every room. Comfortable King pillow top bed in Master Bedroom, Queen in second bedroom and queen hide a bed in living room. Located 1/4 mile from Silver Dollar City amusement park and on Table Rock Lake. Fishing, boat slip rentals, parasailing and scuba diving are available nearby at Indian Point Marina. Basketball and tennis courts, hiking trails, swimming pool, hot tub, weight room movie rentals.
