The beautifully landscaped resort offers a heated pool, gas grills for barbecues, and a tennis court and shuffleboard lighted for night play. All condos are completely furnished, including washers and dryers, central air conditioning and heat, telephone, iron and ironing board, 2 cable TVs, a VCR, a CD Player, linens and dishes, and a hairdryer. Select sporting equipment and videos are available for on-site use.
How far is Disney from the resort?
13 miles, a twenty minute drive: Take I-4 West to 67.
Do you have discount tickets available for Disney?
We recommend purchasing through AAA since we do not have discounted tickets available.
Where is the nearest grocery store?
Publix, specific directions are available at the front desk. (5 minutes from the resort).
How far are you from Universal Studios?
3 miles, 7 minutes.
Do you have transportation to and from the Airport and the Attractions?
We do not provide transportation to or from our property, but we will help you any way we can to obtain transportation (Trolley, Lynx Buses, and Taxi Cabs).
How far are you from the Convention Center?
3 miles down International Drive. We have maps and a trolley service to take you there.
How do you get to O.I.R.C. from the Olando International Airport?
Take route 528 (Beeline) to the end. Take I-4 East to exit 75A. At the first light turn right onto Universal Blvd. Next light turn left onto International Drive. We are at the 5th traffic light, turn left onto Del Verde Way.
What time can we check in and check out?
Check in time is at 4:00 p.m., and check out time is at 10:00 a.m.
Do you have fitness facilities at the property?
We have a brand new fitness room on the property. Also, there is a Bally Health Club 5 miles from the resort. We will assist you with directions at the front desk.
Are local newspapers available?
One is delivered to your door Sunday through Friday, upon request.
