Prior to returning, you need to contact the seller for an authorization number which is used for our internal tracking purposes only. Our shipping costs includes handling fees, however the fee is extremely low therefore the bulk (99%) of our shipping costs is actually the cost FedEx or the carrier of your choice is chargiing us.

Should you wish to receive your package earlier you have the option of paying an additional cost to ensure early delivery, but be warned the benefit needs to outweigh the extra costs as it gets very costly when you want faster delivery out of Canada. For International shipping please make sure you ask for a quote prior to bidding as we can not ship internationally at the same rates for US and Canada.
