WHY STAY AT A CRAMPED HOTEL, WHEN FOR THE SAME PRICE OR EVEN LESS YOU CAN STAY AT OUR SPACIOUS VILLA (APPROX. 1500 SQ. FT.). YOU CAN ENJOY A SWIM IN THE POOL, FISH, WORKOUT, SHOOT POOL, PLAY AIR HOCKEY, VIDEO GAMES, VOLLEYBALL, BASKETBALL, TENNIS, OR JUST SIT AND RELAX IN THE CLUB HOUSE.
OUR VILLA SLEEPS 10. IT HAS A KING-SIZED BED JACUZZI TUB IN THE MASTER BEDROOM. A QUEEN-SIZED BED FULL BATH IN THE 2ND MASTER BEDROOM. ON THE SECOND FLOOR YOU HAVE 2 ADDL. BEDROOMS, EACH WITH 2 TWIN SIZE BEDS AN ADDITIONAL FULL BATHROOM. THERE IS A SOFABED IN THE LIVING ROOM. THERE IS A WASHER AND DRYER LOCATED JUST OFF THE KITCHEN. Unlike many vacation homes, there are absolutely no additional or hidden charges--No charge for pool/spa heat.

Homes are cleaned only at the end of each stay.
Florida law limits occupancy in this home to 10 people (including children).
Check in after 4pm, check out no later than 10am. (unless other arrangements are made).

We do own this home—we are not a management company, and unfortunately, we do not have any other rental properties.
