TERMS CONDITIONS
1.
25% of the total rental cost is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival. If you plan to arrive less than 8 weeks from the date you make the booking, the total cost is due at booking.
2.
A $250 security deposit to cover any loss or damage is required when you pay the balance. This is refunded in full within 14 days of your departure, subsequent to a satisfactory inspection of the villa.
3.
The villa is professionally cleaned at the end of your stay at no extra cost to you (unless you stay for fewer than 7 nights, in which case a cleaning charge of $95 applies).
4.
Arrival / departure days are flexible and depend on availability.
5.
Florida law limits occupancy in this home to 8 people (plus an infant - cot available free of charge).
6.
Check in is from 4pm, check out by 10am.
7.
Absolutely NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
