2 Bedroom Deluxe- fully furnished timeshare condo unit that has a kitchen equipped with a stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and sufficient pots and pans, plates, glasses, and tableware to serve the number of occupants indicated in this listing. Washer and dryer. Bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes, paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps and detergents, and other consumable supplies will be furnished.

1 King size bed, 2 double beds and 1 Queen pullout sleeper sofa.
As a guest of a VIP member, you will have access to the fine amenities available at this Gold Crown Resort on the same basis as the timeshare owner. You are bidding one price for the total number of days available. You will be able to check into the unit after 4 PM on the first date listed and you will be expected to check out of the unit before 10 AM on the last date listed.
NOTES
A guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in at this resort. A credit card imprint or $100 cash security/key/telephone deposit is required at check in. This is returned if there are no charges against the unit. You Do NOT Need to attend a timeshare presentation. No Pets.
Because this is a timeshare unit, there is no way to change or adjust the dates of availability. If you are looking for different dates or a different size unit you may email us if it is within 60 days of the date of use. Please include location, inclusive dates and size unit needed. If such a unit becomes available we will notify you. If we reserve a unit that is outside the 60 day window, the cost will be 2 to 4 times higher.

If you are the successful bidder, as soon as we receive your payment, we will request a Guest Certificate/Reservation Confirmation to be issued in your name.
I will give you my confirmation number by email. This will allow you to check in as my guest. Wyndham sometimes send you a confirmation letter within 2 weeks (if your arrival date is at least 2 weeks away and you live in the US). All guests will receive an email confirmation from Wyndham in 1-2 days from purchase.
There are no additional fees. No shipping or handling charges.
