How this works: Payment must be made within 3 days of auction close. BUY IT NOW payment must be made immediately. Upon payment, I will put the confirmed reservation in the buyer's name, and it will be sent via email to the buyer. (A snail mail confirmation will arrive later.) Resevations can also be made close to check-in date and resort will be notified via email.
