The selling auction price is ALL you will pay for your stay. All state and local room and sales taxes are included.
If you charge anything to your room from the pool bar, restaurant etc., you are responsible for these charges.

Winning bidder will be emailed their Wyndham reservation confirmation number after payment is received. The winning bidder’s name and address will be provided to Wyndham as a “guest” once the final payment is received. Wyndham will then issue an official guest reservation confirmation letter in his/her name. That guest confirmation reservation letter will be used for check-in. The person identified on the guest confirmation reservation letter must be 21 years or older, be personally present at check in and provide a photo ID card and a major credit card for security purposes.

By listing this auction I verify that I am the actual owner and not a third party affiliate. The travel/accommodations in this auction will be booked directly through me and not an outside agency. I also verify that, other than the government taxes and related government fees stated within the listing description itself, there will be absolutely no additional fees, charges or after auction purchases associated with booking the travel within this listing
Paypal payment required within 24 hours of auction end. After payment is received, winning bidder will receive an email with registration confirmation. A letter will arrive within 5-7 business days with confirmation.
