This unit is #1707 in Ariel Dunes Tower #1 at Seascape Resort, Sandestin, FL. I had a link here to the resort's website previously, but eBay made me remove it. You can Google search for Seascape Resort and find more information, or you can email me and I'll provide the link to the resort website. Note that you save substantially by booking through this auction, as the rates on the rental company's page DO NOT include $36.50 per-night amenities and damage waiver fees. You can ignore the part on the rental company's page that says outside amenities are full price if the unit is booked outside their website. We are the owners, not an outside agency, and all amenities are included.

Please note that this is not a beachfront unit. In this particular stretch of the Sandestin beach, the beach does not have any buildings on it. The unit is just across Scenic Gulf Drive (not a major highway) where many people walk and cross. There's a crossing bridge over the street to the beach. Click here to see a Google satellite map of the property. The green box shows where the 24-floor unit is. As you can see the unit is so new that Google maps still shows it under construction! You can also see the unit is right on the golf course! The buildings between the unit and the beach do not obstruct the view from the 17th floor.
