How this auction works:
Contact seller to verify if your dates are available, bid, if you are the winner notify us within 24-48 hours your choice of dates, a rental agreement will be made and sent to you via email with the arrangement agreed upon.
Monies due at aution end: If you are arriving with in 30 days of the auction end full payment is due.
if it is outside of thirty days from auction end you are required to pay half now and balance within 15 days of check in.
how to calculate your total:
ex: The winning Bid times 11 percent FLA TAX ( this is florida's bed tax rate) . Add on cleaning fee of 80.00There is no up front security/damage deposit due on the auction or at check in. We do require that we either retain a valid credit card or a check that can be held and returned upon inspection in the amt of 300.00.
