This Luxury 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villa is situated at the exclusive Westbury development. Located on Route 27, only 2 minutes from Interstate 4 our villa is only a 15 minute easy drive from Disney.
Local amenities include several of America’s best known restaurant chains including Denny’s, Perkins, Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel and McDonalds. There is also a Grand China Buffet offering reasonably priced "all you can eat" Chinese/English food. The brand new developing Posner park offers an array of ‘Super’ retailers less than half a mile away such as Target, JC Penney, Belk and Best Buy to name a few. A Walmart SuperCenter and Publix grocery store are just minutes away. With the I4 only moments away the villa is ideally positioned to provide access to both coasts, where you can find some of Florida’s finest beaches. Nowhere in the world will you find so many championship golf courses so close. There are over 20 golf courses within a 20 mile radius including Southern Dunes and Champions Gate.
You can have all of these amenities for just $99 a night. Why pay to be in a cramped hotel room when you can have 1500 sq ft to yourself? If you stay one week or longer, there will be no cleaning fees. Stays of less than will week will incur a $85 cleaning fee.
Pool Heat is calculated at $20/day or $140 for a week.
For families wih young children, we do have a high chair in the house.
