TERMS CONDITIONS:

You must be 21 years old to rent this property and a signed rental agreement in required prior to occupancy. This will be sent via email and can be faxed back to either us or our management company.
Deposits/Damages:
• We require a security deposit of $300 be pre-approved on your Visa or Master Card. A damage amount will only be deducted from your deposit if necessary and after discussion with the tenant over the damage in question. A credit card authorization form must be signed prior to occupancy. It is the client's responsibility to check the home for existing damage and report any findings immediately. If maintenance issues arise during your stay, please advise us or our management co. so we may rectify the issue.
Florida Tax:
• In addition to the rental fee, there will be 13% Florida Room Tax (7% state 6% tourist) as required by the state for all rentals. A small cleaning fee may apply.
Check- in time:
• Check in time is 4pm.
• Check out time is 10:30 am.
• Early arrivals and late departure requests will be handled on case by case bases. This condo will be cleaned and checked prior to arrival and after departure. Please treat our condo with the utmost respect.
Cancellation policy:
• Cancellations 28 days or more will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
• If notice is received less than 28 days but more than 14 days of arrival a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
• Any cancellation within 14 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the rental amount.
• Any cancellation or no show within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the rental amount.
