Our home is located on Cumbrian Lakes which is one of Orlando's most prestigious private rental communities. It is conveniently located close to all the attractions (Disney is only 10 minutes away), restaurants stores but is like being in a quiet rural area. The nature trail round the main lake is particularly beautiful. The bird life is a wonder to behold. Alligators, deer and turtles are also sighted on a regular basis. The community is gated and protected by CCTV cameras. There is a children's play area available for use by all guests on the community and fishing is a popular pastime for many visitors.
Come share the magic of Disney and all the many other exciting attractions in the Orlando area. Why stay on Disney property when our home is only a short drive from Disney World and close to Universal Sea World as well. The home will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure but we should appreciate it if you would leave it as tidy as possible. If the home is left in a very untidy condition then a charge will be made to your security deposit to pay for the extra cleaning. Check-in is after 4pm. Checkout is before 10am.
You must be 25 years old to rent this property.
