So you have decided to go to Disney in Florida. Great! Now all you need is a place to stay. Don't make a mistake with this step. Come and stay in one of my 2 vacation homes very close to Disney. That is correct - an entire vacation home for less than the price of a moderate resort room. Why not stay in luxury?
Now ask yourself a few of questions before you decide.
1) Am I really going on vacation or am I doing the same thing as I do when working? Am I spending a lot of time commuting and expense to get to Disney? If you answer yes, then stay in one of my homes and really be on vacation and you will be very close and one light from Disney.
2) Am I spending a lot of time to get the family ready for the day in the morning? People jams and long lines for the bathroom? If you answer yes, then stay in one of my homes and really be on vacation with 3 full bathrooms to get you going fast in the morning - more vacation time.
3) What about price? Does the price include all the things I am looking for? - baby items, WiFi, gas grill, pool heat??? It is easy to list a cheap price then add all the things you want and see where you end up. Stay in one of my vacation homes and it is all included, you only add the taxes.
Let me explain briefly. You get an entire vacation home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in the following configuration: 2 master suites with a full bath each and 2 more kids bedrooms with a 3rd full bathroom. You don't get that with a single room. Imagine how convenient it will be to get ready in the morning with 3 full bathrooms to use - not one. Plus you get a full living room, a full kitchen, dining area, and your own private screened pool. Compare that with a single room. Of course everything is provided - the kitchen has all you need for flatware, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, appliances, plus ironing and board with clothes washer and dryer, all sheets and bedding, all towels, etc. Please see website for all the details and images:

Remember that the price per night is for the entire vacation home not per person with double occupancy and more for more people. My vacation homes are licensed to a maximum occupancy of 10 using the pull out sofa, 8 as is using the bedrooms.
Traveling with babies, no problem. I provide the items you need - strollers, cribs and high chairs.
This price is $140.00 per night plus 13% Florida taxes for my 7919 home. Pool heat is included in cooler months. See website. There is a 5 night minimum stay requirement. This rate is good for available dates from now til May 2009 excluding the Christmas time. Both of my homes have been updated and upgraded. Examples: new master suites pillow top mattress sets, new TV drops and CD/DVD TVs in the kids bedrooms and more.
A $200.00 refundable security deposit applies.
