This is the only villa we own and we took a long time looking before we bought this home. We take very good care of it to ensure that all of our guests have a fantastic time. We have a number of guests referring friends and family and returning for second vacations. The location is fantastic. Located in a cul-de-sac and backing on to a conservation area is offers peace and quiet and a sunny and secluded pool and patio area yet is only a minute from the 192 with easy access to lots of shops, restaurants, all the theme parks and some great golf! ABOUT THE HOUSE
There is plenty of room for everyone with over 2,700 sq ft of air conditioned living space with a total 3200 sq ft. Features include:
Pool and patio - fully screened pool and patio that backs on to a conservation area(we've seen deer and wild turkey early in the morning). There's a table and loungers available and for added protection there is a child screen restricting access to the pool. This can be easily removed if you do not have small or non-swimming children in your party. **This pool is sunny and private - do not find yourself in a home with an overlooked and shaded pool**
Lounge/family room - newly furnished with comfortable sofas, occassional chairs and tables. Large TV with cable service, PS2, DVD player and a stereo.
Kitchen - overlooks family room and pool/patio. Fully equiped with coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, dish-washer. All new utensils, dishes and glasses.
Breakfast room - a less formal dining area just off of the kitchen. It is very practical for feeding a hungry bunch of kids. Seats 6 comfortably and overlooks the pool/patio area.
Formal dinning room - oversized table which seats 8 people comfortably and the table from the breakfast area can be easily moved should you want to have a formal sit down dinner for all 12 guests!
Formal living room - offers additional comfortable sofas, coffee table and a more space and privacy away from the TV for those who want to read or play cards/games.
Laundry room - interior washer and dryer, iron and board.
Master bedroom - oversized room with king bed. Large walk in closet, seating area with TV. Ensuite bathoom comes with oversized shower and Roman bath, his and hers basins and separate toilet. Hair dryer and all linen and towel are provided.
Second master bedroom - smaller room with full bed. Large walk in closet, ensuite bathoom, his and hers basins. Hair dryer and all linen and towel are available.
Bedroom 3 - full bed, bedside table/lamps, seat, mirror and large closet.
Bedrooms 4 5 - twin beds, bedside lamps, mirror and large closets available in both twin room.

We all had a great time in Florida and the kids loved the pool especially after a long day in the parks.
