Prepare your own meals in our fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker and enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the sunroom! Towels and linens are provided along with washer and dryer also ironing board and iron. Step across the street and relax at the pool that is surrounded with palm trees or head to the clubhouse where you can enjoy 2 heated pools, a kiddie pool and a hot tub! You can also enjoy many recreational activities such as basketball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, racquetball, tennis and billiards. You can also relax at the beautiful lake, watch the kids play on the playground or enjoy a game of beach volleyball! Whatever your interests, there is something for every one of all ages to enjoy! Restaurants and stores that are too numerous to mention are just minutes away. Enjoy Disney World just 10 minutes away!! Sea World 15 minutes away and Universal Studios 25 minutes away!! Orlando International Airport just 30 minutes away.
Rates for months of April through November:
$525.00 for 1st seven nights, each additional night $70.
plus 12 1/2 % Florida tax
Rates for months of December through March:
$600.00 for 1st seven nights, each additional night $75.
plus 12 1/2 % Florida tax
Auction is for a minimum of 7 days and 7 nights, or more.
Prices include cleaning fees.
A $250.00 security deposit is required. This will be refunded to you within 2 weeks after a walk through determines no damage to the property.
