You are bidding on your choice of these weeks that we have open. These are the only weeks available at this price. The week runs for 7 nights beginning on the Sat check in after 4:00pm and check out the following Sat by 10:00 am The cost is $80 a day plus 12% taxes; This is for a 7 day week, Saturday to the following Saturday. Dec 6th-13th Jan 3rd-10th The cost is for the week beginning on Sat check in after 4:00 pm until the following Sat and check out by 10:00am. The house is non smoking and sorry no pets!
Check in to your Florida vacation home would be after 4:00pm on the day of your arrival and your departure would be before 10:00am on the last morning. The home will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. However please leave it as neat as possible.

The living room has a tv, vcr and dvd. The house is fully air conditioned. Three of the bedrooms also have tvs.
Our beautiful four bedroom home is located in a quiet residential subdivision only ten minutes from Disney.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and cable tv. It has a large walk in closet and own bath. There is a garden tub, shower and double sinks.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also cable tv.
There is a full size bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the Winnie the Pooh room.
By listing this auction I verify that I am the actual travel agent or travel provider and not a third party affiliate. The house is non smoking and no pets are allowed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, refrigerator , dishwasher, microwave, dishes and small appliances. The laundry has a washer, dryer and iron and ironing board. The bathrooms both have hand held hair dryers.
The house also has a porta crib, high chairs and a few other baby items. This is a great one level large home. Great for kids, we stay here with our grandchildren.
