Living Room
The spacious living room has Queen sleeper sofa with love seat, TV with cable including HBO and DVD.
Kitchen/Dining Area
There is a lovely formal dining area in the fully equipped open plan kitchen that can accommodate Six guests.
Appliances included but not limited to full size stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker,
toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposal unit, dishes, utensils, pots pans, cookware and much more.
There is a fully enclosed washing machine and dryer in this area.
Iron / Ironing Board, Laundry Basket also provided.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with Queen bed, private bath. TV with cable and DVD Player.
Bedroom 2: Two Twin Beds. TV with cable and DVD Player.
Bedroom 3: Two Twin beds. TV with cable and DVD player.
Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa, PS II with games and DVD library.
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bath, there is a half bath down stairs.

Our townhouse has a small patio off the Living Room and a small deck off the Master Bedroom.
Both the patio and the deck are furnished with 2 chairs and they overlook our beautiful pond and conservation area.
A charcoal grill is also provided on the deck.

The clubhouse offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at our Townhouse. You can stay in shape in the state-of-the-art fitness room. Go for a walk in Community nature walk areas. Have a barbecue; Stay in touch using the Community IT Center. Meet your clients in resort meeting rooms. Enjoy a game of volleyball. Unwind in the Community sauna/spa/pools. Let kids have hours of enjoyment in the Children's playground. On those evenings when you don't feel like cooking, you can visit the many near-by restaurants.

We had a great time. The location of the home could not be any better. The view of the pond was lovely. We enjoyed watching a pair of egrets come to the porch every morning. We had neighbors on both sides yet we never heard a single peep from either unit. Clearly the units are well insulated for sound. We are looking forward to returning next year...

This year was our second visit to this townhouse. The new owner was wonderful. Any request we initiated, Sri tried to fulfill. The townhouse was clean, had all the amenities listed and felt like home. The property management was also very helpful and followed up any request we had. A great place to stay. We are returning in 2009.

I recently rented the villa A Emerald Island and I must say the unit was very nice. The unit was clean and well kept. The resort is actually a few minutes from Disney world which made our vacation very convenient. I would definitely stay at this resort in the future.

This townhouse is fantastic! It's beautifully decorated, serene AND 2 minutes from Disney World. The amenities of the resort are great to have for kids. The pool, play gym, etc. This is a jewel! The owner is nice and trustworthy. He even came to my house in Atlanta to pick up the payment. We will rent from him again!

There are no additional or hidden charges ever. No Booking Fees ever. No Cleaning fees for any stays of 6 nights or longer.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve your stay. This amount will be applied to your rental amount. The remaining rent is due 10 weeks prior to vacation start date.

Refundable security deposit of 200$ is required at least 10 weeks prior to arrival. It is refunded upon your departure if there are no damages or excess telephone charges.
4.
Nightly Rate is based on weekly rentals. Shorter or longer stays may be available.
5.
Maximum occupancy of the home is 8 including children.

Check in after 4pm, check out no later than 10am.
7.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
8.
Homes are cleaned only at the end of each stay. Additional cleaning may be arranged at a cost of 70$/cleaning.
9.
Treat our home with respect; we are able to offer our home to you only because we have had guests treat our home just like theirs in the past.
10.
Motor-homes, trailers, or commercial vehicles are not allowed to park in Emerald Island Resort.
