Your own screened in pool, lanai, and hot tub, with privacy fence and child alarms on lanai doors for extra security.

This lovely home is US owned by two families, professionally managed by a local company, and located just minutes from Disney World and other Orlando attractions. Our home is situated slightly SW of Disney, in one of the highest rated locations for easy access to Disney World. Several large grocery stores (Walmart super center, Publix) are less than one mile away. Fine dining, golf, tennis, mini golf, and internet cafe are just minutes away.
The above rate is not available during the Christmas week. Weekly rentals have no house cleaning fee, and the bid price does not include the 12% Florida Hotel tax required by law on all home rentals.
