Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: Personal checks, pay pal, credit cards, money order. TERMS: 50% of rental rate (rental deposit) plus signed rental agreement due within 7 days of auction end. Remaining fees due at least 45 days prior to occupancy.
Fees All rentals subject to applicable state/local tax. Rentals of less than one week require cleaning fee of $135.00. Fully-refundable security deposit is required on all rentals.
