This condo is at the Fairfield Durango at Historic Downtown resort at 401 East 2nd Avenue, Durango, CO 81301. The resort is within 3 blocks from the south end of Main Street, where the shopping and eating are fabulous. Only two blocks from the station for the famous Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad.
Durango brings you to the great outdoors. It's the most magnificent slice of Old West Americana you've ever seen. You can ski and snowboard the San Juan mountains at various places, including nearby Purgatory Ski Resort at Durango Mountain. Durango has been stamped as a hidden gem by Ski America, and just about everyone who lives or visits here would agree. Shuttle service is available to Durango Mountain Ski Area, which offers 40 miles of groomed terrain and 75 trails. Visit the cliff dwellings at Mesa Verde National Park, or at Chaco Canyon. Another favorite activity is a ride on the famous Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, which chugs past abandoned mines and beautiful mountain scenery. Don't forget to visit the nearby hot springs for a relaxing end to the afternoon.
Seasonal activities include downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking, fishing, white-water rafting, jeep tours, and mountain biking. Contact the seller for other times when the condo may be available for rent.

This condo is a one-bedroom suite with a King-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit sleeps a maximum of four people, which is the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Smoking and pets are prohibited. One guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in at this resort. A credit card impression will be taken at check-in for incidentals, but there is no additional cost to stay at this resort. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.. Check-out is 10:00 a.m..
THE RESORT STRICTLY ENFORCES MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF FOUR PEOPLE. Resort enforces a late check-out fee for any guests checking out past the check-out time. The resort reserves the right to assign a different unit of the same type and occupancy as confirmed with the confirmation. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and agree to resolve these issues prior to check-out.

After December 9 and prior to December 18, 2008 - 50% refund.
