Rent this Fort Myers Florida condo by the day, week or month. Ideal for one or two people. A very nice fully furnished second floor unit in a convenient location. Every need is within blocks and some restaurants and shops within walking distance. Fort Myers Beach is a 15 minute drive away. Includes use of 2 outdoor pools, one of which is only steps from your door. Also includes all utilities, air conditioning, ceiling fans, basic cable TV, VCR/DVD, local phone and washer/dryer in the unit. One queen bed plus small sleeper sofa. Also microwave, dishwasher, front screen porch and small deck area overlooking pool and lake. Easy drive from Ft Myers airport and Interstate 75. Situated in a 125 unit complex surrounded by neatly kept grounds and nice area neighborhoods and adjacent complexes. Rates vary with season and length of stay - see below. No pets permitted by association rules and not a good location for "spring break". Of course, agreement subject to availability on your dates of travel so please contact us by e-mail or phone to lock in your dates prior to bid/purchase.
