Your checkout must include all of your items and be submitted with ONE single payment within 7 days of your first purchase.
Your order total including shipping will be automatically calculated for you during eBay checkout.
You do NOT need to email us and request a combined invoice.

Shipping Method: We normally ship via USPS AIR MAIL or UPS/USPS/FedEx Ground.
Processing/Delivery Time: Most of orders will ship within 3 business days upon payment complete.(Personalized products may take extra days). It will then take 2-7 business days for delivery.
Payment Information
PayPal: Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase. We will ship to the confirmed address provided by your PayPal account. PayPal is our preferred method of payment.
Money Orders Cashier's Checks: We recommend that our customers request proof of delivery when sending payment by money orders or cashier's checks as we will not be held responsible for payment lost in the mail. We will start to process your order after receive your payment.
Personal Checks: Please allow 3-5 additional days for personal checks to clear. We will start to process your order after your check is clear.
Credit Card by Phone: We will accept all major credit cards payment by phone on a case-by-case basis with prior approval from seller. PayPal is our preferred method of payment.
Return Policy
Damaged Items: If you receive the damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise and we will issue credit or send replacements. No claims will be accepted after 14 days.
Returns: Please follow the following steps--
-- Notify us within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Please specify the item number, address, name, products if applicable. We will issue you a Return number together with the return address
-- Securely package the item(s) to be returned.
-- Return your package to us using the mail carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that provides a package tracking number.
Once we received the merchandise and we will issue refund to you within 3 business days.
