When purchasing on ebay put the number of nights you want to stay in the quantity box.
Example: you are staying 4 nights. Then put 4 in the quantity box.
These are non Smoking cabins, but you may smoke outside.
Please note: email seller with desired dates of your stay. When you inquire about the dates you wish to stay I will reserve them for 24 hours from the time I respond to your communication. Dates will be secured and made unavailable to anyone else as soon as seller is made aware of your purchase being entered and payment being made. After purchase, directions will be provided to the condo and you will receive confirmation of your purchase, payment, and reservations from (the condominimum manager) by E-mail within 24 hours which will include the phone number to contact them directly.
Payment and cancellation policy
Payment in full is required at time of reservation. If you cancel by phone at least 72 hours before your time of arrival based on 3pm check in, I will refund your money in full but you must fax me a letter requesting the return of your money. If you cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your arrival based on a 3pm check in then you will be credited for a future stay to be used within 12 months from the original reservation date. I will mail you a certificate to be used at that time. All monetary returns will be sent via US mail on a bank check in approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
