This is a Hartman Belting Leather and Fabric men's briefcase.
It is well used, but has many years of service left. If you want to make an impression on your business calls, this is the briefcase for you.
All of the hardware is solid brass. It features two snap closures on the front and a combination lock which you can change. Inside there are two spacious storage pockets for your important papers and three smaller pockets for calculators, cell phones, etc.
The overall outside dimensions are 18" by 13" and 4" thick.
