Yep you read it right. Here's the deal. We own these units outright and do all of our own bookings. These units have a rack rate of $175.00 per night but since we are not part of the rental pool and don't pay any management fee. We offer any remaining space in the next 30 days at the incredible price of $75 per night! If it remains empty we make nothing so why not make you an exceptional deal if you can "fill in the blanks". So e-bayers here is your chance to get a $175.00 dollar room for $75 per night. In this auction we have available the following dates. The nights of October 20th through the night of October 21st, and the nights of October 29th through the night of November 3rd are available at this rate. Additional nights starting November 13th are available at our regular rate. The unit is a one bedroom condo near Kapaa on the island of Kauai. The unit can sleep 6 but 4 is more comfortable. It has 2 double beds in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Full kitchen, all appliances, dishes, linen etc. The unit has local internet access as well as 2 TVs and a stereo. Remember you are bidding PER NIGHT and we have a 2 night minimum. Hawaii room tax and cleaning costs apply. We now have 2 units available and that has opened up some additional time. Units are identical except for carpet color and a few decor items. Please check with us for your specific dates before bidding because we have some existing bookings and continue to book from our newspaper ads. Two night minimum stay. If you want to book the time before the auction ends let me know and we will make the arrangements to have you bid early and close the auction. This is a ground floor unit. A nice concrete sidewalk leads from the Unit about 300 feet across a grass field to the beach. The pictures of the beach show a typical crowd (nobody!) The property is located in Kapaa, about 8 miles North of the airport at Lihue. It is next to the Coconut Plantation Marketplace for those of you familiar with the island.
