Situated just off US highway 192 close to I 4 and just before its junction with the I27 Lindfields is a peaceful community.
Only 10 minutes to Disney, local restaurants supermarkets are just around the corner including Outback Steakhouse,
TGI Fridays, Red Lobster, Walmart, Publix.

Description
This is a 4 bedroom house with a pool overlooking a lake
There are two sitting areas on the first floor. At the front of the house has two sofas and a table,
the other, at the rear, has a TV with cable channels, a DVD and a radio/cd with patio doors leading to the pool area.
The pool is fully enclosed with bug screens and overlooks a lake. On the pool deck area there are a table,
chairs and parasol, as well as sun loungers (additional chairs are in the garage)
There is a large dining table that seats six easily as well as a kitchen eating area that seats four.
The kitchen is fully equipped. This includes a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher,
coffee percolator, as well as saucepans, cups, plates, cutlery, glasses etc.
There is a downstairs WC next to the utility room that has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, portable TV, patio doors leading to the pool,
walk in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom that has a double shower, bath, WC and vanity unit with two sinks.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (two single beds) and a "Disney" room which has bunk beds
(double at the bottom and single at the top.)
All of the bedrooms have good sized walk in or built in wardrobes.
Hangers are supplied in all wardrobes.
There is also a bathroom on the top floor which has a bath with shower over, WC and sink.
Bed linen is supplied for all of the bedrooms and both bathrooms have towels and hairdryers.
If there are young children in the party there is a baby cot with bedding and a high chair.

The $100.00 US Dollars Buy it Now auction is for 1 night and includes all taxes. Pool heat is available for an additional $20.00 US Dollars per day.
If you want pool heating you must add $20.00 per day.
End cleaning is FREE if you stay 7 or more nights. If it is less than 7 nights we charge a $80.00 end cleaning fee. Rates include local + state taxes but exclude pool heating. To Reserve your Vacation:

No additional fee if you pay by Check or Money Order.
If you pay by Credit Card through PayPal we charge $105.00 per night instead of $100.00 to cover the fees for charging a Credit Card.

1. PAYMENT FOR THIS AUCTION IS DUE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF WINNING THE AUCTION.
2. HOMES ARE CLEANED ONLY AT THE END OF EACH STAY.
3. FLORIDA LAW LIMITS OCCUPANCY IN THIS HOME TO 10 PEOPLE
(INCLUDING CHILDREN).
4. CHECK IN AFTER 4PM, CHECK OUT NO LATER THAN 10AM.
5. A $200.00 US DOLLAR DAMAGE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AND
YOU MUST ADD THIS AT CHECK OUT OR WAIT FOR OUR INVOICE.
THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL BE RELEASED WITHIN 1 WEEK OF YOUR DEPARTURE
WITH NO DAMAGES TO THE HOME.
6. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.
7. TREAT OUR HOME WITH RESPECT, OTHER PEOPLE INCLUDING OURSELVES
DO WANT TO ENJOY ITS FACILITIES.
8. A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $250.00 US DOLLARS PER WEEK IS REQUIRED
