Nightly Rental Rates For Two Bedroom/2 Bath unit, $400 per night For One Bedroom/1 Bath unit, $250 per night For Studio unit, $150 per night 20% discount for 3 or more nights
Weekly Rental Rates (7 nights) For Two Bedroom/2 Bath unit, $1,950 per week For One Bedroom/1 Bath unit, $1,350 per week For Studio unit, $800 per week
Rental Note Daily maid/cleaning service is optional, $35 per unit or $70 for 2 bedroom payable to La Costa Resort A check-out cleaning fee will be charged by La Costa Resort, $35 per unit or $70 for 2 bedroom
Conditions:
You will check-in at the La Costa Resort main reception/front desk. Credit card deposit will be required at check-in. You will not be charged by the hotel for room charges, tax, parking or resort usage fees.
Maximum occupancy in two bedroom unit is 6 persons. Maximum occupancy in one bedroom unit is 4 persons. Maximum occupancy in studio unit is two persons.
Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out is 12 noon.
Self parking is free (in front of 6500 series building). Valet parking is $22 per day.
You will be responsible for all incidentals incurred such as minibar, internet, phone usage, room service, spa, tennis and golf activities.
Since this is a private owner unit, there will not be daily maid service. You can request for daily maid service from the front desk for a fee of $70. It is $35 per room x 2 rooms.
You will be charged $70 cleaning fee at check-out.
Regular nightly rates for two bedroom villa range from $695 to $1,295 (depending on the season). Check out the La Costa Resort website at www.lacostaresort.com
Full payment is due at time of booking. Payments can be made with Paypal, check or cash. Unit will not be booked until payment is received. If using personal check, please allow 5 to 7 days for check to clear.
Cancellation allowed up to 7 days of arrival date subject to a $200 transaction fee for reservations of 3 or more nights. For one or two nights reservations, cancellation is allowed up to 7 days of arrival subject to $75 transaction fee. No refunds will be provided if reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival date.
Re-booking/re-scheduling is allowed by providing 7 days advance notice.
