Wyndham Grand Desert, located 2 blocks from the famed Strip’s center (1500 ft from Planet Hollywood Casino) and 3 blocks down from Hard Rock Casino (which is on the same street as Grand Desert). If you like active vacations, this modern, high-energy resort has a big choice of recreational amenities to make your Las Vegas stay a guaranteed winner.
Since I am a Wyndham owner, all I need to do is to notify Reservations of the name and address of the person who will be using my condo. That person must be at least 21 years of age and have a major credit card (more about that below in the FAQ). I will then receive a confirmation by email, which will be passed on to the winning bidder. Be sure to take the confirmation with you on your trip – the person whose name is on the confirmation is the only one authorized to pick up the keys.

FAQ
· The winning bid is the final cost for all nights.
· No discounts if you need fewer nights.
· I cannot change the nights I have listed in the auction. However, I might be able make a reservation for you for the dates you need and put an auction up for you. Email me with the dates, number of overnights and number of bedrooms and I’ll check it out for you.
· The guest whose name is on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age to check-in at this resort. Reservations that go over Saturday night may be two reservations, since the resorts weeks are Saturday to Saturday. If there are two reservations, present them both on check in and ask that they be both checked into the same condo.
· A credit card imprint or cash security/key/telephone deposit/incidentals is required at check in. This is returned if there are no charges against the unit.
· You Do NOT need to attend a timeshare presentation.
· No Pets.
· The unit is a fully furnished timeshare condo that has a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, clothes washer, dryer, microwave oven, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, toaster, and sufficient pots and pans, plates, glasses, and tableware to serve the number of occupants indicated in this listing, as well as, bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes. If you are new to timeshare use then, please note that these items are inspected and inventoried before you check in to make sure that you have enough of everything (yes, they count the teaspoons) and that everything is in proper working order.
· There is a limited supply of consumable items paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps and detergents, and other consumable supplies.
· You will be able to check into the unit after 4 PM on the first date listed (occasionally you can check in earlier, but DON’T count on it) and you will be expected to check out of the resort before 10 AM on the last date listed.
