TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This vacation is valid for up to 2 adults and 2 children 18 and under. The vacation package is valid for 1 year (12 months). PLEASE BE AWARE After Jan 1st, 2008 we may use a condo instead of Embassy Suites if your dates are unavailable. We will refund your package if you do not want to stay in a condo. This package is part of a resort promotion. We are able to offer low priced, quality vacations in exchange for guests taking a small amount of time to view our partner resort's vacation opportunities. Guests will be required to attend a presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes on Vacation Ownership at the hosting resort. Qualifications of this package must be met in order to take advantage of this offer. Failure to attend presentation or qualify will result in customer paying difference of package price and actual cost. You only view the resort once and the rest of the vacation time is yours! There is absolutely no obligation whatsoever! Your simple attendance is all that is required! 100% money back guarantee applies to any package we cannot book. Price match guarantee on additional room nights is subject to verification of rate. A customers verbal quote will not be sufficient to match rate. There are no blackout dates on this package. Guests may travel anytime they like. This is subject to availability. All travel documents will be sent via e-mail, unless otherwise arranged by customer. We prefer to mail confirmations with map via first class mail at no cost when requested. Hotel will require credit card for any additional room charges (pay-per-view, long distance, etc.) and to guarantee reservation. All confirmations will be processed and booked within 5 business days. Customer Service is our #1 priority!
Cancellations must be received within 72 hours of arrival date.
Please try to book at least 2 weeks out from arrival.
Qualifications (These must be met please)
-Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the U.S. between ages of 25 75
-If married, engaged, or similarly committed, couples must attend the entire presentation together.
-Matching IDs are required at check in. Meaning same address on both IDs.
-Must have a minimum annual combined household income of $50,000 or higher.
-Need two forms of ID at check in. Drivers license and major Credit Card. DEBIT CARDS NOT ACCEPTED.
-This package can not be used by multiple groups or families that are traveling together, cannot use more than one package.
-Cannot have viewed a Sunterra presentation within the last 12 months.
-Children are not allowed on the actual presentation. (Childcare available)

The breakfast is held in the 3 Palms Café located on the ground floor of the Embassy Suites Hotel.

Is transportation provided?
No. The price you pay is the total price of lodging and show package only. Transportation to Las Vegas not provided. Transportation to the presentation from your hotel is offered free of charge. If you would like the free shuttle service, let us know when we ask. Your shuttle will pick you up prior to your scheduled tour time. The shuttle will also take you back to your hotel following your tour, free of charge.
What is the tour?

You then call us when you are ready to book your dates and we provide a confirmation for you. If you make your reservations immediately, we will send you only a confirmation since your package is booked. You may travel anytime you like with this package. Do I have to check in somewhere, or tour before I check in to my hotel?
Upon arriving, you will check in directly at your hotel. You do not have to tour prior to checking in. Your tour will be scheduled when you make your reservations. You will simply bring your confirmation letter to the hotel to check in, then bring your letter to the tour. Thats it! No checking in across town, or running around. Just go to your hotel and start enjoying yourself!
